SUNY Adirondack is Taking Nominations for the 2018 Athletics Hall of Fame
SUNY Adirondack Athletics has had countless athletes, coaches and advocates who have made significant impacts to the athletic program and brought recognition to the campus. The Hall of Fame (HOF) was created to recognize and honor individuals for their dedication and service to SUNY Adirondack Athletics. The main foyer of the Athletic building serves as the Hall of Fame display and recipient plaques will line the walls. The inductees should have represented SUNY Adirondack with sportmanship and commitment to being a successful student-athlete.
To be eligible for induction into the SUNY Adirondack Athletic Hall of Fame: The alum must have completed at least one full season as an athlete, and has not been enrolled for over 5 years. In addition, honorary nominations for notable faculty, coaching staff, administration, contributors and supporters who have had an impact on the athletic department are all eligible for consideration.
Nominations should include: Name, Contact Inormation, Athletic Accomplishments at SUNY Adirondack and after (if any), Athlete's Impact on the College and Athletic Department and Scholarly Achievements. Nominations are due by May 14, 2018 and may be submitted to the Assistant Director of Athletics, Julie Clark at clarkju@sunyacc.edu, or submitted directly online at http://www.sunyadktimberwolves.com/information/HOF_Nomination.
The induction ceremony will take place September 29, 2018 on the SUNY Adirondack campus.
