Soccer Adds 3 For 2018
Coach Ramirez solidified his roster for 2018 over the weekend as he picked up three high caliber footballers.
Tyrese Walker signed with the Timberwolves. Tyrese stars for William Floyd High in Mastic Beach, New York. He led his Colonials to the playoffs this past season, which was the third consecutive year of playoff soccer for Wiliiam Floyd, after being ranked 19th in the state during the season. Walker brings a lot of speed and quickness to the roster.
Jacab Helms followed his older brother, Kalab, to SUNY Adirondack and they will be playing beside each other yet again, but this time for Coach Ramirez. Helms is a local standout that was a First Team Adirondack League All Star with Lake George High. He brings a ton of athleticism and grit to the defensive side of the ball and will help replace some of the defense lost from last season.
Ethan Blake joins the program from South Glens Falls High. The 6'0'' defender plays aggressively and isn't afraid of contact on the field. He plays very well with the ball in the air and has a knack for separating offensive players from the ball.
Welcome to the family Tyrese, Jacab and Ethan!
