Men's Basketball Falls Short Against Jefferson
The SUNY Adirondack Men's Basketball team lost on Saturday afternoon to Jefferson Community College, 76-61.
Victor Roca was the leading scorer for the Timberwolves in the loss. Roca scored 21 points on 6-9 shooting, including a perfect 7-7 at the free throw line. Fidel Norris played an all-around good game for the Timberwolves as well. He scored 19 points on 9-14 shooting and pulled down a team high 10 rebounds, 5 coming on the offensive end. Norris filled out the rest of the stat sheet with 2 assists, 5 steals, and a block. Robert De La Vega contributed 7 points, 5 boards, 3 assists, and had a team high 7 steals.
After the loss, the Timberwolves are now 0-3 to start the season. They will be back in action next on Wednesday November 13th when they will travel to face conference opponent Hudson Valley Community College. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 PM.
