A Look Ahead to the Second Half
With the spring semester coming up, the Timberwolves and first year coach Rakim Hollis are now looking forward to the second half of the season. The outcomes were not what they were hoping for, but the Timberwolves saw much improvement as the semester went on and are excited to continue their progress throughout the rest of the season.
The Timberwolves saw great effort and contribution from second year returners Elijah Davis (Troy, NY) and Treyshan Bradley (Bronx, NY), as well as sophomore Tavon Price (Bronx, NY). Davis currently leads the team in both scoring and rebounding while shooting a team high 56% from the floor. Bradley has seen improvement in all areas and has played a critical role for this Timberwolves team. Price has brought an energy to the team that really shows on the defensive side of the court, where he is currently leading the Timberwolves in steals.
The Timberwolves will kick off the second semester with a two game home stand starting on Saturday, January 19th against conference opponents Columbia- Greene Community College at 3 P.M., then again on Monday, January 21st against Schenectady County Community College at 5 P.M.
