The Lady Timberwolves dropped their contest at Schenectady, despite another big game from Kylee Brand.
Brand scored 19 poins and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the team in both categories and shot exceptionally well going 8 of 13 from the floor and 3 of 3 from the free throw line. Brianna McKinney also dropped 19 points. Kaicey Sardina led the team in steals with 4, assists with 5 and added 7 points and 7 rebounds to her stat line.
Ashley Caba picked up a pivotal technical foul late in the third quarter after being called for a personal foul that resulted in a run by the Royals and the evaporation of the lead by the Timberwolves.
The Timberwolves next play Wednesday at home versus Clinton.
