Women's Basketball Close Out Season
February 10
Syracuse, NY
SUNY Adirondack Women's Basketball closed out their season on the road against regional opponent Onondaga. The Lazers are currently ranked #1 regionally and #6 nationally. Onondaga showed the Timberwolves why they are an elite squad and took control of the game from the tip-off. Adirondack couldn't compete but put forth a good effort. Final score 85-41, Onondaga
Leading the team with nearly half the team points was Rachael Frazier. She put up 20 points, pulled down 8 rebounds and had 2 steals and 1 assist. Tatania Tyrell had 5 points and 10 rebounds.
The Timberwolves conclude their season after a battle to field enough players mid-way through the season. Big thanks to the members of the women's soccer and volleyball teams that stepped up to keep women's basketball alive and competing.
