Women's Basketball Battle Into New Year

Adirondack Women’s Basketball was back in action when they traveled to Johnstown, NY to take on conference opponent Fulton-Montgomery. It was an unbalance match-up from the start with the Raiders ranked near the top in regional polling. The Timberwolves fell behind early and could not manage to increase their production. TK Henry led the team with 11 points, 1 steal and 5 rebounds.

SUNY Adirondack Women’s Basketball took the court in their first home game since returning from break. They hosted Tompkins Cortland in what started out as a relatively even match-up. The Timberwolves were only behind by 9 at the half. Unfortunately, Adirondack could not convert their shot opportunities into points and fell behind. Final score 66-40, Tomkins Cortland
TK Henry and Tiarah Swann led the team with 8 points each. Tatania Tyrell put up 7 points and pulled down 22 rebounds.
The team heads to North Country CC on Wednesday.
