Baseball Falls To Rockland On Walk-Off

SUNY Adirondack Baseball headed south to take on Rockland Community College in a non-league match-up on Sunday. The first run of the game for Adirondack came in the second inning off a Gabriel Garcia hit, scoring one run. Rockland tied the score on a homerun in the bottom of the second. More action happened in the top of the fourth inning after John Wilsey homered to center field, Kyle Kristel doubled and Rockland committed an error, each scoring a run. Rockland continued to work, hitting three singles in the bottom of the seventh, taking the win.
Terel Tillman was on the mound for the Timberwolves. The righty gave up one hit and one run over two innings, striking out two and walking two. A number of Adirondack's pitcher were given the opportunity to make an impact. Caleb Nelson, Owen Rowe, AJ Garcia and Andrew Santa Barbara all faced Rockland batters.
