Wilsey's Three Hits Help Baseball Beat Praire State

SUNY Adirondack Baseball played the first of their two games on the day against Prairie State College. The Timberwolves got out to a quick start scoring seven runs in the first inning. Kai Brannan doubled, scoring one run, John Wilsey doubled, scoring two runs, an error scored one run, Peyton Richardson singled, scoring two runs and Kyle Kristel hit a sac fly, scoring one run. Prairie State collected a few runs throughout the game but Adirondack continued to add more runs to the board. The Timberwolves collected twelve hits in the game with Liam Helm and Aiden Parslow each collecting multiple hits. Adirondack also turned one double play in the game.
Owen Rowe opened for Adirondack giving up four hits and three runs (two earned) over five innings, striking out four and walking three. Colby Frazier threw two innings of shutout ball for the Timberwolves in relief, surrendering zero hits, striking out one and walking one. Final score 10-3, Adirondack
After a short break, Adirondack is back on the field in their second game of the day against Prairie State College.
