Big Sixth Inning Gives Win To Baseball

SUNY Adirondack Baseball played their second game of the night against SUNY Orange. The action didn't get started for the Timberwolves until the bottom of the third inning. Aiden Parslow scored on a passed ball and Gabriel Garcia grounded out, scoring Kyle Kristel. The fans had to wait until the sixth inning for the rest of the runs to score. Peyton Richardson doubled, scoring one run, Riley Montanye and Juan Cornelio were each struck by a pitch, each driving in a run, Parslow singled, scoring two runs and a Colts error scored three runs.
Xavier Garcia earned the win for Adirondack. The lefty surrendered two hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out six and walking zero. Brody Rogers tossed two innings of no-run ball in relief for the Timberwolves. The right-hander allowed zero hits, striking out two and walking none. Final score 10-0, Adirondack.
The Timberwolves are on a weekend road trip to Monroe on Saturday and Mohawk Valley on Sunday.
