Men's Basketball Take Win In OT

SUNY Adirondack Men's Basketball was back on their home court taking on SUNY Broome in a regional match-up. The Timberwolves came out strong and built a lead that would hold throughout the first half. Broome countered back in the second half and gained the lead by double-digits. The Timberwolves battled back and it was a back-and-forth fight to the end of regulation play, leaving the teams tied at 81.
The Timberwolves attacked in the first overtime but a few turn-overs provided the Hornets with opportunities to get back in the game. Adirondack didn't give up, created opportunities and forced the game into a second overtime. When the Timberwolves returned to the court, they took the lead and held on to it, earning their second win of the season.
First year player Jaylan Sammy lead the team with 31 points, 9 from outside the arc. He earned 4 assists, 5 steals and 6 rebounds. Jude Wilkins put up 3 assists for 20 points and pulled down 3 rebounds and had 2 steals.
