SUNY Adirondack Softball played their second doubleheader of the weekend against regional opponent SUNY Broome. The Timberwolves got right to business putting up eleven points in the first three innings. Alyssa Jaffe drew a walk, scoring one run and Paeton Butler tripled, scoring three runs. Maddy Wasserman and Morgan Randal extended the lead with two runs in the top of the second inning, thanks to RBI doubles. Adirondack scored on five runs on five hits in the top of the third inning. Samantha Manning doubled, scoring two runs, Aubreigh DeMello grounded out, scoring one run, Marissa Jarvis doubled, scoring one run and Randall doubled, scoring one run.
DeMello earned the win for Adirondack. The pitcher surrendered 13 hits and seven runs over five innings, striking out one and walking one. Samantha Manning and Maddy Wasserman each helped assist DeMello to close out the game. Final score 12-9, Adirondack
