Women's Basketball Drops Game at Hudson Valley
The SUNY Adirondack Women's Basketball team was defeated Wednesday night on the road against conference opponent Hudson Valley Community College, 92-48.
The Timberwolves showed flashes of improved play throughout the game but were unable to climb out of the early hole of a 27-5 first quarter. Alexis Sammarco was the leading scorer for the Timberwolves with 17 including 5 made three point shots.
Ashley Caba came into the game for the Timberwolves off the bench and put up her best numbers of the season, scoring 16 points to go along with 7 assists.
Brianna Davis Bryant led the Timberwolves on the boards, bringing down a career high 10 rebounds.
Following the loss, the Timberwolves are now 0-5 to start the season. Their next game will be on Saturday November 16th when they will travel to face conference opponent Fulton-Montgomery Community College. Tip-off is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
