Volleyball Defeats Fulton-Montgomery 3-0
The SUNY Adirondack Volleyball team defeated Fulton-Montgomery Community College last night 3-0.
The Timberwolves took the first set 25-19, the second set 25-20, and finished it off in the third set 25-16.
Alysia Kane led the Timberwolves offense with 12 kills in the match.
Sophomore Megan Friske led the team with 17 digs. Morgan Bellanger also had a strong performance with 15 digs.
Freshman Raeann Bombard again led the team in assists, this time with 31.
Following the win, the Timberwolves are now 8-4 on the season and 3-0 in conference play. They will look to carry the momentum from last night into this weekend when they will travel to Broome Community College in Binghamton, NY to compete against SUNY Broome, Tompkins Cortland Community College, and Corning Community College.
