Volleyball Defeats Davis College

The SUNY Adirondack Volleyball team defeated Davis College Wednesday night, 3-1.
SUNY Adirondack took the first two sets, 25-20 and 25-15 to take a 2-0 lead. The Huskies did not go down without a fight, taking the third set 25-22 before the Timberwolves would take the fourth set 25-20.
Freshman Alysia Kane had a standout performance, leading the team with 23 digs while adding 8 kills. Karley Hertzner led the team in kills with 11 and Raeann Bombard accounted for 39 of the teams 42 assists.
Following the win, the Timberwolves are now 16-7 on the season. Next up they will host North Country Community College on Friday, October 18th. Game time is set for 6:00 PM at Glens Falls High School.
